We’re proud to announce that we’ve secured the country partner award in recognition of our cultural, societal, and business success, and on-going contribution and dedication to the UK public sector.

Following our work to support and enable the rapid acceleration of digital transformation in the UK public sector when it was most needed, we have become the first solely public sector partner to be awarded Microsoft’s coveted ‘Partner of the Year’ award!

Microsoft’s Partner of the Year award acknowledges its partners’ outstanding achievements and innovations by selecting winners based on their commitment to customers, the impact of their solutions, and their exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

Keith Martin, sales director at Phoenix comments, “We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition as it is a clear reflection of the importance of what we’ve delivered for the UK public sector over what has been a challenging 12-months.

“Not only is it testament to our agility and the hard work of every member of our team who ensured that we supported our public sector customers during this time, it also provides a foundation for us to grow further, build our offerings and solutions, and provide essential scale and capability as the United Kingdom recovers.”

Managing director, Samantha Mudd adds, “This coveted award is tremendously valuable for our staff as it provides a platform to continue our work serving the sectors we have been involved with for over three decades, and demonstrates how we have evolved to become a modern and relevant Microsoft partner for UK public sector.

“Not only can we feel proud about what we have achieved, but it is total validation that our strategy is right, and we will continue to grow, prosper, and invest in areas where we have seen high demand.”

Presenting much needed career opportunities to the local and national economy, during the pandemic, we have increased our work force by 22% to over 250 employees, and we have plans to continue this acceleration by investing in our team of in-house specialists.

Recently we were named as one of the ‘UK’s Best Companies to Work For’ and we are continuing our commitment to ensuring the well-being of all our employees through our diversity and inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability pledges.

Sam Mudd comments, “As well as recognising our outstanding business achievements, this award also acknowledges the transformation we have undergone to engage with our staff to create a thriving culture and deliver on societal causes that are important to us all. Corporate social responsibility is a powerful topic, and to be recognised by Microsoft – who ranked at the top of this year’s Fortune 500 list for diversity and inclusion – carries great kudos.”
