Through a range of charitable activities, donations and voluntary hours, we have seen the below impact since March 2022:
Charity partnership
Since March 2024, we have aligned to one chosen charity to build a long-term partnership and strategy with to maximise the impact. After a nomination and voting process across the business, it was decided to align to St Leonard’s Hospice.
Volunteering in the community
Volunteer hours offer numerous benefits for both employees and organisations, fostering a culture of social responsibility, employee engagement, and community impact.
We encourage all our employees to volunteer, and they are given volunteering days to support charitable causes close to their hearts.
We also we partner with the volunteering organisation, onHand to support communities nationwide through different charities, including Shelter, Crisis, Red Cross, Pret Foundation, NHS, Dementia Friends, and the Salvation Army. Volunteering activities include youth mentoring, befriending schemes for the socially isolated, and environmental street or beach cleans.
