As Marketing Coordinator, you will take on the responsibility of managing marketing leads/ enquiries, supporting with the co-ordination of events, webinars and exhibitions, managing marketing development funds (MDF), and supporting the marketing operation as a whole.

This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively internally and externally to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Manage marketing leads and related processes, including lead assignment and tracking.
  • Co-ordinate logistics for events, webinars, and exhibitions, including venue selection, speaker/ presenter diaries, stand/ event setup, run throughs, hosting etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather content and assets where relevant.
  • Manage end-to-end MDF process to ensure invoicing and finances are up to date. This includes a proactive approach to portal management, collation of proof of execution/ evidence for claims, cross-team collaboration etc.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisations.
  • Support with CRM management tasks and processes including data, analysis, and maintenance.

Ideally, you will already have:

  • Proven experience in marketing support roles – or related admin/ co-ordination roles.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
